Scope and Contents
Series V. Miscellaneous Papers contains family and non-family papers. The family papers are comprised of a deed to Amy (Plympton) Dorr, Ebenezer's (1738/9-1809) mother, for land in Medfield from the Joseph Plimpton Estate (dated 1799) and a copy of a single letter from Sullivan Dorr to William S. Wetmore of Lima, Peru. The non-family papers include accounts for an unidentified house, a copy of the decree of the "Supreme Director…of Chile" concerning reform of commercial regulations (dated 1822), and a copy of a convention between the United States and Peru (dated 1846).
