Series I. Administrative Records contains minutes of directors’ and stockholders’ meetings, and business correspondence. In addition to insurance proposals and general financial business, the correspondence includes information regarding marine insurance claims, such as those on the capture of the brig Governor Endicott by the British, and the wrecks of the brigs Roscius and Triton.
