Folder number five, Expounder (Ship), contains an account current with mentions of the Joseph Holmes (Ship) and folder number six, Joseph Holmes (Ship),contains an account current which mentions an insurance purchase for a voyage on the Expounder (Ship). Included also are two volumes that record the accounts current, disbursements, invoices, crew accounts, and sales of four ships. The entries in the volumes are entered chronologically by ship.
