This collection consists of photographs, foreign currency, and correspondence from United States government officials, mostly governors.

Folder 1 contains letters from 46 of the 50 United States governors with their signatures written in 1981-1982. Photographs from four Governors, Bruce King, Robert List, James Hunt, and Larry Alexander, are included in Folder 5. Correspondence from other officials, including two United States Senators, Lowell Weicker and Harrison Williams, is in Folder 2. Information about the Triton nuclear submarine and its launching in 1958 is in Folder 3. Folder 4 contains biographical information about Marshall Colley. Folder 6 contains eight official United States Coast Guard photographs of icebergs and Coast Guard icebreakers. Finally, Folder 7 contains a few pieces of foreign currency. Included is a 50 Pfennig banknote from Danzig (1918) and a Japanese one Peso note issued during the Second World War.
