From the Series:

Series II. Estate of Asa Pingree includes copies of the wills of Thomas Perkins and Asa Pingree; inventories of the estate; notes receivable; and receipts and correspondence of the trustees. Of particular interest in the estate papers is a statement by David Pingree (1841-1932), stating what transpired between him and his Aunt Mary just after his uncle’s death, and the subsequent papers relating to Mary Kilborn Pingree’s actions to contest of Asa Pingree’s last will and testament.
