SERIES V. Daniel Towne, Jr. (1810-1891) and Sewall Lake Towne (1817-1899) Papers contain the personal financial records, inventories, and contracts of Daniel Towne, Jr. and Sewall Lake Towne. Included are accounting sheets documenting cider sales and paid receipts. This series contains the legal papers documenting the transference of their father’s, Daniel Towne’s (1781-1845), mortgage deed to his wife, Nancy (Wyatt) Towne, after his death. It also includes correspondence by Nancy Towne.
