Events, bulk: 19th-20th century
Scope and Contents
The Essex County ephemera collection is an artificial collection of printed ephemera that are more general in creation and intended use (for example, an advertisement for a boiler versus the manual for its use). Ephemera from all towns in Essex County are represented in this collection. This collection has been divided into 26 series.
This collection was minimally processed; with exact dates being captured where folders were fully processed. However, the bulk of the material is from around 1860-1935. Items have been arranged alphabetically by town; with material covering multiple towns placed in the "Other" series.
