Biographical / Historical

David Tenney Kimball was born on November 23, 1782, to Daniel and Elizabeth Kimball, in Bradford, Massachusetts. He graduated from Harvard College in 1803. He was ordained pastor of the First Congregational Church, Ipswich, Massachusetts, in 1806, a position he held until his death. Kimball was also an abolitionist and author. He died on February 3, 1860 (Find a Grave).
