The First Unitarian Church of Peabody Records consist of administrative records, financial records, records of pastoral activities such as marriages and baptisms, and records of church social activities.

The George W. Pepper Company records consist of business records and some personal papers of the Pepper family. This includes ledgers with client names; capital stock share records; a recipe book that contains recipes for candies, gum, ink, cologne and wedding cake; photographs of the Pepper family; and articles that were published about the company and its products.

The King Family Papers consist of the correspondence of various members of the King family, mostly of Eben Upton King, as well as some account books, diaries, visiting cards, and invitations.

The records of the Peabody (Mass.) Fire Department consist of records for the Torrent Engine Company, which later became known as Hose Company #3 (for the years 1830 to 1923), the Excelsior Steam Fire Engine Company #2 (1874-1887) and the Eagle Hose Company #1 (1879-1891).
