Scope and Contents

Series II. Properties contains information pertaining to property owned by the Coolidge family. It includes papers, legal documents, reports, specifications, correspondence, architectural and technical drawings, maps, surveys, quitclaim deeds, plans and historic preservation related information. For images, see Series III: Photographic Materials. This series has been divided into four subseries.

A. Lily Pond House includes architectural and technical drawings for the Lily Pond House, as well as correspondence and information related to the building. B. Cottage House includes architectural and technical drawings as well as building related information. C. Landscape contains landscape and technical drawing as well as materials related to the overall landscape at Coolidge Pont including the gardens, tree surveys, landscape maintenance, and arbor care. See subseries VI for additional water related information. D. Other Property Related Information contains surveys, land assessments, maps, architectural and technical drawings. It also includes property related information on other outbuildings and aspects of Coolidge Point as well as other Coolidge properties. It includes appraisals, conservation and preservation information, property histories, property inventories, land transfers, pollution studies, reports, real estate materials, and watershed information. This subseries is arranged alphabetically.
