Meeting minutes, 1931-1941
Scope and Contents
Series I. Administrative Records contains thank-you notes and personal letters from scholarship recipients, annual report booklets (containing by-laws, officer lists, member lists, secretary’s reports, committee reports, and financial statements), meeting minutes, newspaper clippings documenting elections and the patronage of society presidents, and the group’s charter. The folder titles and document grouping of the creator have been maintained in this series. The meeting minutes are interspersed with newspaper clippings, letters, and typed reports, and have not been removed to respect the organization of the creator.
