Subseries A. Corporate Records includes two volumes containing a copy of the incorporation, by-laws, and the meeting minutes. This subseries also includes notices of stockholder meetings, lists of stockholders, cancelled stock certificates, and blank stock certificates. The largest portion of the subseries is dedicated to notes, copies of Registry records, and surveyor field notes regarding land owned by the company.
