The materials also contain ephemera, objects, cellulose photographs, negatives, slides, and a 16mm film reel. The collection contains subject files, which reflect the creators' original arrangement and title. The other material was loose, and was arranged by the archivist.

Series I. Photographic Material includes photos, negatives, slides, and some copies. They cover a wide range of topics, including buildings, people, and landscapes. Many of the pictures are not originals, but are pictures or copies of pictures from personal collections. Groups of pictures taken at the same time are grouped together in folders. The folder titles are taken from the original inventory of the collection.
